MOROCCAN JEWISH COOKING
For about 3 thousands year, the Moroccan Jewish Cooking met the Berber cuisine with the first arrival of the first Jew to the extreme northwest of Africa: Morocco!
In the 7th century Arabs arrived too from the Arab peninsula and with that the Jewish food got even richer.
We have to wait to the 15th century Reconquesta of Spain when Muslims and Jews were obliged to flee Andalusia to find refuge in different regions of Morocco when the real marriage of this cuisine got even richer being Moorish Andalusian, Arab, Berber, and from Saharan Africa.
Our Menu displays a Kosher food variety to welcome our Jewish guests from Mechoui, Moorish cooked salads, patisseries, fruits of the season as well as other delicious Moroccan food to make every stomach happy.

Cooked eggs in tomatoes as base for the thick sauce
MEDFOUNA
Southern Saharan specialty, this bread pie is filled with meat, fine carrots, oignons and almonds
